Exclusively for adults Warner Leisure Hotels, will be launching the Visitor Review social media platform to allow their loyal guests to interact online and share their experiences with others.

Warner Leisure Hotels has a large and loyal customer base, with a high level of repeat visits. Their customers know and trust the brand and so it is their desire to create an online community where customers can provide feedback and share their experiences with other customers whilst engaging with other like minded people.

Warner Leisure Hotels provide a wide range of experiences within their hotels and it is the aim to provide a facility where their customers, and potentially new customers, will be inspired to try new experiences. 

Users will be able to create profilescreate groups, join in on forums and discussions, upload and share photos, videos and text reviews of their experiences at any of the thirteen Warner Leisure Hotels properties across the UK including five Four-Star Country House Hotels, Four Three-Star Hotels and four charming Four-Star Holiday Villages set by the seaside!

Reviews and content gathered on the Visitor Review platform will also be fed through to the Warner Leisure Hotels website www.warnerleisurehotels.co.uk so that new guests can see or read for themselves what existing guests have to say about the different properties and Experiences.  The Visitor Review platform will also be a great way for existing guests to share their photos, stories and memories with others.

As well as developing the onsite social media, Digital Visitor will also be responsible for further developing their onchannel social media strategy including Facebook, Twitter and YouTube. Using the Visitor Review solution, content gathered on Warner Leisure Hotels own community will automatically be shared and integrated across other social networks helping to generate new audiences and drive new customers. 

The Warner Leisure Hotels social media strategy has been designed to make the most of all that social media has to offer, by optimising both offsite and onsite social media.

In addition, as specialists in video production for the travel and tourism industry, Digital Visitor will also create promotional videos about the different Hotels and holiday Villages.

Each property in Warner Leisure Hotels' collection offers a whole range of activities by day such as archery, golf, rifle-shooting, bowls, and by night each location offers a variety of live entertainment, from production shows, to comedians, visiting tributes bands to Ghost Walks! The hotel group also exclusively offers Strictly Come Dancing Experience Breaks for a holiday to remember.
